Emotionally: Reasonably stable
Mentally: Reasonably intelligent
Physically: Since I’m between 60 and 64 years old, according to a chart published by the U.S. Census Bureau, I’m older than 89.3% of the world’s population, and younger than 7.7%.
However! According to an online Life Expectancy Calculator, I’m expected to live until I’m 102. Make that 107 if I get more sleep, lower my LDL cholesterol, get more checkups, drink more tea and less coffee.
Sorry, kids. Looks like you’re stuck with me for a long, long time. If we can keep your dad healthy, make that the two of us.
Professionally: Educated in business and music, but over the years both as an employed and a freelance administrative assistant, I’ve developed a reputation as a capable proofreader, copy editor and business writer. For three years I wrote weekly inspirational newspaper columns, and am so excited about starting this self-assigned project.
Socially: An introvert. But when given permission to do so, I enjoy the spotlight and taking charge.
Spiritually: Because of the gift of His Son, I’m right with God. Who can ask for anything more?

Jan, try this Link: World Population Information, and find “World Population by Age and Sex – 2008″ at the bottom of the page. I took that chart, exported it to Excel and did the calculations.
Thanks, Faye! While I posed for that one, I was saying, “Aren’t you supposed to look younger when you pose with your hand across your chin?” I think it works because it covers up the neck!
